Classes

We offer classes for every level. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early to introduce yourself to the instructor and specify if any modifications will be needed for the workout. Please bring water and a yoga mat if possible, extra mats will be provided if needed. Our main goal in our classes at Limitless Training is to create the best functional workout but more importantly, to have fun while working up a sweat!

 
 

MEGA 360

Mondays
5:30pm-6:30pm

A combination of strength & cardio this class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. From kettlebells to jump ropes, dumbbells to slider discs this class will target every muscle group and have you feeling accomplished at the end!

Power Yoga

Tuesdays
5:15pm-6:15pm

Power yoga, is a vinyasa style, flow yoga; power yogis move quickly between poses, but the poses often focus on building strength while focusing on flexibility.

Pilates

Wednesdays
4:30pm-5:15pm

A series of nonimpact floor exercises designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Forever Fit

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
10am-11am

This functional training class is designed for older adults. It will incorporates cardiovascular exercises (low impact), strength training, balance training, and help with flexibility. It is designed to give the participant a variety of exercises while standing, seated and occasional floor work to help maintain and enhance their well being.

 

TRX STRONG

Wednesdays
5:30pm-6:30pm

Need to change up your training? TRX is a great way to mix up your routine. This full body suspension training system uses your own body weight to target every muscle group by just using one piece of equipment. We will also pair this class with HIIT moves using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight floor exercises to increase the intensity of this 60 minute class. Try something new!

STEP It Up

Mondays
4:15pm-5pm

An energizing workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle conditioning to shape and tone your body. With high energy and music to go along with the moves, this class is a great way to get a sweat on while having fun!
