Classes
Need a change of scenery?! Don’t feel comfortable in a gym setting or just want to try something new? Then come to Limitless Training Studio! We offer classes for every fitness level! All classes are sign up only, so please show up 10-15 minutes early to set up for class and inform the instructor if any modifications need to be included. Please bring water and a mat if possible. Mats will be supplied if needed. Each class is carefully designed to push you out of your comfort zone and help you get the most out of your workout. Participants are recommended to go at their own pace if need be and more importantly we are here to have fun!

Kick up your fitness routine with this high energy, stress relieving, and motivating class! This 60-minute class will incorporate kickboxing combos with cardio moves that will torch the calories and having you feeling empowered by the end of the workout! This class takes the spirit and movement of professional kickboxing and turns it into a fun fitness challenge focused on cardiovascular health. Limited to 10 participants.

Strength, Strength, & More STRENGTH! Exactly how it sounds, we are LIFTING! Using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, & barbells) to target every muscle group. Each week we will increase our weights/reps to create progression within our workouts.

All classes are sign-up only, no walk-ins. Ages 16 & up.
Must pay for classes online if you do not have a punch card at the studio.
Confirmation emails will be sent 48 hours in advanced, please provide the correct email address when signing up.
10-Hour cancelation notice is required.
If you need to cancel, go into your emails and click on reschedule/cancel class. We will not cancel your classes for you.
First no call no show you will be charged. Second no call no show you will be charged, and the rest of your classes will be removed for the remainder of that month.
